Advanced Stress Relieving Capabilities
Our stress relieve furnace is a critical part of our post-fabrication process, particularly for components subjected to heavy machining or large weld applications. The furnace is capable of accommodating parts up to 72″ deep, 70″ wide, and 72″ high, with a capacity to hold up to 25,000 lbs. This large capacity allows us to stress relieve even the most substantial parts, ensuring they remain true to their intended dimensions and are free from internal stresses that could compromise their integrity.

Temperature Range and Precision Control
Our furnace operates within a heat range of 400 to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, providing the flexibility needed to meet the specific stress relief requirements of various materials and applications. To ensure the utmost accuracy, our furnace is equipped with a chart graph that is meticulously calibrated every six months. This precision allows us to consistently deliver parts that meet the tightest tolerances and highest quality standards.
Pre and Post-Weld Heating
In addition to stress relieving, our furnace is also utilized for pre and post-heating of large tools during TIG and MIG welding processes. Pre-heating helps to reduce thermal shock and minimize the risk of cracking, while post-heating further ensures the welds achieve the desired mechanical properties and longevity. This dual capability makes our stress relieve furnace an essential tool in producing welds of superior strength and durability.
Color Matching and Aesthetic Enhancement
